Christmas

Is it really over? I'm usually done shopping/wrapping a couple weeks before the big day. But this year I started late and ended on Christmas Eve. I didn't have enough time just to enjoy the days leading up to the big day. None-the-less, we had a great time.

Seat Party

Every year we invite Paul's family over for a party. We didn't do gifts this year we just ate lots. It was a good time.

Delta Party

We have a Christmas party every year in Delta with my dad's side of the family. It always fun. We have a piniata, lots of food, and gifts. This year we included the nativity scene. It was fun.

Holidays...

I can't believe it's December. Where has the year gone? I'm usually 1/2 done with Christmas shopping by Thanksgiving. I hadn't done any this year by that time. I did get my Christmas tree set up the day before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving was fun. We went to my aunt & uncles house.

Work has been so crazy that I haven't had time to do most of the things I usually do. By the time I leave I don't have much time to shop. Which is probably a good thing, I haven't spent as much money as I usually do. I'm not planning on buying lots of kid junk this year. Hanley & Savanna are getting beds, Zachary a new bedding set. Very few toys and not a lot else. Hanley also wants a rock tumbler so that she can shine up her own rocks. She loves her rock collection.

We will be going to Delta for my dad's side of the family Christmas party and will be having a party with Paul's family at our house in the next couple weeks. I don't feel ready, but hopefully this weekend I can get some things accomplished.

It's my work Christmas party tonight. It's always a good time. There will be a comedy act this year and, as always, lots of prizes and money given away. I'm feeling lucky :-)
